2 Month Doctors Visit

I went to see Dr Aquilar today for my 2 month check up and yucky shots. I recieved 5 shots. I cried :( and once mommy held me I was a little better and I was asleep by the time we got to the car.

I now weigh 12lbs 15oz (75%), I am 23.5inches long (50%), and my head circumference is 15inches (10-25%). He said that I look great everything seems to be wonderful.

2 Months Old

Well today is my 2 month birthday. I am really starting to be more vocal, with lots of gurgles, and coos. I am smiling so much more now, in fact I smile every morning when I wake up and see mommy. I am able to hold my head up for longer periods of time and I love to listen to music. I am defiantly filling out and we will see how much I weigh on Monday when I have my 2 month check up. Not looking forward to the shots though, I don't think mommy is either. :(

New Silver Shoes

I had to show off my cute silver shoes and dress. This was given to me by one of mommy's dance students. I was ready to hit the town with my silver shoes.

I also had lunch with Grandma Paula. We went to the Corner Bakery, I have been a very hungry girl today. Must be growing.

Night with the Law's

Last night Aunt Rahcael, Uncle Andy and Lucas came over. Aunt Rachael and Uncle Andy bought us kids matching bibs so we needed to take pictures with them on. My daddy loves Camo so thank goodness they make it in pink. Aunt Rachael had bought me the outfit I have one, isn't it a hoot. I have almost out grown it I am getting so big. Lucas is too, you can see us comparing hand size below. We both have out 2 month doctors appointments coming up to get our shots :( but we will also get to see how big we are getting.

Lunch with Aunt Ryann

Today Mommy and I met Aunt Ryann at Lucille's for lunch at the Long Beach Town Center. I was such a good girl, even a woman came up to mommy and said how beautiful and peaceful I was. Such a calm baby the kind lady said. :) Thanks Aunt Ryann for lunch.

From there we went to Grandma ChiChi's house to work on my birth announcements. Can't wait till we get those out to everyone. We then headed to Babies R Us for some new bottles.

My Room

I thought I would share with everyone what my room looks like. Mommy had bought 2 different bedding's before I was born, Aloha Blue and Aloha Pink. Once I was born the decorating started and the Aloha Blue bedding was returned. While Grandma was here she really helped mommy finish decorating my room. They hung shelves and put beach stuff on them, Grandma bought me a rug, they created a collage of pictures of me and put my name on the wall. My name was a collaboration of both Grandma's. Grandma Stevens painted the flowers to match the background and Grandma Lee did the painting of the letters and frame. Thanks Grandma for helping.

Grandma and Papa Lee

This morning my Grandma and Papa Lee started their drive back to Georgia. They kept telling me they were going to take me with them but Mommy just would not let them. There are no good-byes just I'll see you later. It was very sad for all of us and we can't wait till Thanksgiving when we get to see them again.

Getting BIG

Since Grandma and Papa Lee have been here they think I have grown so much. Grandma took these pictures of me this morning to show how much I have grown. I am also smiling and cooing at everyone now.

Lucas and I went to the studio last night while out mommy's taught dance. Aunt Rachael went back to work Monday so Lucas spent all day with Grandma Chi Chi.

Nap Time with Daddy

Since we stayed up past out bedtime daddy and I took a nap on Sunday together on the couch. As you can see I am also wearing my onsie that says I LOVE DADDY! Mommy thought this was a great photo opportunity.
