Playing at Nonna and Papa's House

I have had such a good time exploring Nonna and Papa's house. I love to chase the kitty's everywhere. Nonna has accumilated lots of toys for me since I have been here last. I really enjoy my new tea set. I make tea and serve it to everyone. Mommy has not let me go down into the basement yet, she thinks I will like it too much and want to stay down there the rest of the trip. It has been very cold here since we arrived, Saturday morning it was 19 degrees. Mommy taught at Miss Kathy's studio on Saturday and Sunday. I stayed with Nonna and Papa Sunday while she taught and daddy went to the movies while he was waiting for mommy to get done teaching.

This is a toy for the cats but it is a great sleeping bag for me
This table and chairs was Nonna's when she ws a kid

Nonna got this Turkey just for me. This is the outfit Nonna picked up for me. Isn't it just adorable. I love the furry vest.

Friday Fun

Since mommy was feeling better she thought she ought to give the house a good cleaning. Guess who was her helper, that's right, ME! Daddy thinks it is very funny that I like to help clean but mommy loves it. I was helping mommy vacuum, dust and even clean the hard wood floors. I am such a good little helper she said.

Later that night I got to go to the Downey/Warren football game with Grammy, Grandpa and Auntie Brittany. I had lots of fun they told mommy playing with the Viking mascot, running around and watching the cheerleaders. I also had fun playing with my friend Rylie. Her mommy is the cheer and dance team director at Downey. It is Aunt Leslie :)

Kephart's House Warming Party

This afternoon we walked to the Kephart's house for a house warming party. We have been so excited since they moved in that our good friends are now only 3 streets away from us. We are very happy for the Kephart's, welcome to The Island.
Celeste and me
I found a play lawn mower outside and I loved it. The neatest part was his mouth moved while I pushed it. It made me giggle. I found a toy of Devean's and I knew exactly what it was before anyone could tell me what to do with it. I started to try and take pictures of everyone. I have been watching mommy since day 1. Say Cheese!

Daddy and his little cowgirl

Yes if you have not noticed I am wearing cowgirl boots. Auntie Rachael gave these to me for my 1st birthday.
Now if only I could remember where I left my horse so I can get home?

Election Day

Tuesday was a very big day for our country, it was Election Day. Mommy got out and voted right before she took me to the babysitter then spent the rest of the day sick in bed with the flu. She is feeling so much better today. She thought it was important to document this day in history on the blog as well as in my scrapbooks. The first 2 pictures were taken Election Night by daddy. The last one was recorded by mommy because I was already in bed when they announced that Obama would be the 44th President of USA!!

Proud to be an American with my American Flag!

Daddy was in the Muddy Buddy Race

I went with to cheer daddy on today at the Muddy Buddy Race in San Dimas. His buddy, of course, was Uncle Andy. We all hopped in the Law's truck this morning at 5:45am (thank goodness for the time change) and headed to San Dimas. By the way they wore Kilts for this race. Uncle Andy thought it would be fun to wear something unique. They were not the only ones dressed up, we say the Easter Bunny, Crayons, and even Elvis.

After Halloween Sale

Those of you that know my mommy, she LOVES to shop. And she especially loves to shop the day after holidays. We went to Target this morning after breakfast and picked up a couple of Halloween decorations. I had a blast walking with mommy and looking at all the neat decorations. Mommy let me go in my PJ's this morning to breakfast and Target because they were my Halloween ones. My shirt says "I've got you under my spell."
