New Year's Eve 2010

It is the last day of 2010, and what a year it has been.  We had a nice day at home getting things done and then to ring in the New Year we headed to the Patterson's house.  We had a relaxing and fun time with our friends and were happy to celebrate the coming of 2011 with them.

New Toys

Today Mikaela realized I had taken the Christmas tree down and that she could get back into the closet with the toys in it.  Excpet this time I was letting her get into it herself and I had rearranged the toys in it.  It was like Christmas all over again for her.  She found old toys that she had not played with in awhie and she opened some new ones also.  It was a fun day

Chili's Dessert

We went to dinner tonight at Chili's with Grammy, Pa and Chief and Mikaela got her favorite dessert.  I also have to share what else happen but I was not able to capture a picture.  Mikaela and Pa walked down to the fountain at the Downey Landing and Mikaela was walking along the top ledge and then she feel into the water.  She was drenched from head to toe.  Pa scooped her up into his jacket and got back to the car where we striped her of the wet clothes and bundled her up in a blanket and jacket.  It was quite funny.

Day After Christmas

The day after Christmas means play with all the new toys at this house.  Mikaela enjoyed opening her new toys and playing.  She really enjoyed getting time to play with her buddy Luc.  The Law's came over for dinner and to exchange gifts.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

It was a wonderful day.  Mikaela was very excited that Santa brought her a bike.  She opened all her gifts was was thrilled for about each of them.  She also helped Addison open hers.  Family came over for breakfast and present opening.  They also spent some time playing with there new toys.  Then for dinner Matt's sisters family came back over for my play time and turkey with fixins
