Breakfast on Daddy's Day Off

Today since daddy was off work we all went to breakfast before mommy had to head to work (yes, mommy still had work today, even though everyone else was off) We went to Coner Bakery, one of mommy's favorite. I had a great day with daddy and I am going to miss him this week, while he works out of town.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day, the day to share your LOVE with the people you love. Mommy says isn't that everyday. Well today is Valentine's and it has been one to remember. This morning at breakfast I was a little crabby and kept poking at my right ear. (the left was the last infected one) Mommy and me were going to go to Target after breakfast but I did not want Grammy to leave so she came with us. We made a pit stop at Petco to get Bodie some food, Grammy and I stayed in the car and watched Monsters Inc (which I can scream like a monster now) Once mommy got back in the car I was in so much pain and did not stop pulling at my ear and crying. Mommy asked me "Tell mommy what hurts?" I pointed to my right ear and said "AWEEEEEE." Urgent Care was right behind Petco so off we went AGAIN (the 4th time since the first of the year) to Urgent Care. Sure enough another ear infection, right ear. Now we were suppose to have a doctors appointment on Monday but that one will now be canceled till we finish this medicine and mommy says she is going to get very demanding with the doctor to see a specialist. This is just way too many she says. As far as my hearing is concerned mommy (she knows she is not a doctor) thinks I am doing pretty well because I comprehend great and can repeat words very very well. At this point she is really upset because of all the ear infections but knows she is doing the right thing by taking me to the doctor, now it is just time to get some big answers she says.

OK back to Valentine's Day, I got a very special treat today, Candy Hearts. I got to open my cards and also I got a small car with Elmo in it. I has been a beautiful Valentine's Day and I got to spend it with both Mommy and Daddy. Aunt Rachael and Luc came over to for dinner tonight to end this Valentine's Day. Luc and I had so much fun playing and running all over the house. He also gave each other Valentine's. :)

18 Months Old

Today I am 18 months old, a year and a half, 78 weeks, 547 days old!

Mommy just can't believe how fast time has gone and what a big girl I am now (25lbs 9oz. to be exact, even though this is not what I think mommy means by big haha)

Here is a small list of the many words I am saying:

Elmo, Mommy (mama), Dada, Papa, Grandpa, please, ight night, dog, outside, ball, shoes

Here is a list of 18 special things about me:

1. I love to watch Elmo

2. Loves to read books before taking a nap or going to bed

3. Only needs about 5 more teeth to come in

4. LOVES to clean (I even tried to clean the rocks at Disneyland)

5. Can point to all my body parts when asked where they are

6. Is a champ sleeper and napper

7. Loves to get dressed up

8. Owns LOTS of shoes, a true girl

9. Loves to walk around pushing baby in the stroller, purse on her arm and phone in hand

10. Tries to jump

11. Can't seem to eat enought Chex Mix

12. Comprehends very well and almost repeats anything you say

13. Enjoys her "computer" time with Nonna and Papa

14. Can eat very well with a fork

15. Climbs everything

16. Loves to go to the Babysitters

17. Enjoys time with all my gradparents

18. Is just cute, too darn cute!!!!!!!!!

Mommy took me to Chucky Cheese today. Auntie Britany and Grammy came with us. I had so much fun playing the games and riding the rides.

Back to Gymboree

I have been off of Gymboree class for 2 weeks. Mommy was sick the first week and I was sick the next week. We are both doing better so we went to Gymboree class. I love to play with the balls, slide down the slides, climb the ladders, and catch the bubbles. In the level 4 class we get to play with maracas, we have a song that we bang them against the airlog and when it says freeze we stop banging them, it is so funny. I also love when we get the parachute out get, bubbles, sing songs, make a tent with the parachute and get kisses from Gymbo.

Catching up and Crazy Hair

It has been awhile since I have posted.

Here is just a little what has happened in the last week:

Daddy worked out of town in Mojave (Grammy and Grandpa helped mommy out with watching me on the nights she works), I got another ear infection, Mommy had a dance compeition all weekend for the studio kids (I got to go on Friday night), I spent some time with Grandma and Grandpa Stevens on Saturday, and I went the beach and BBQ with daddy and some work friends.

Tonight daddy sent this picture to mommy, she said she got the biggest laugh out of it.

Disneyland

We spend Sunday at Disneyland and yes it was crowded. I got to ride Dumbo, King Arthus Carrousel, the Tiki Room, and Pirates of the Caribbean. I also got to play in Toon Town and take my picture with Minnie Mouse. She is so cute and she loved the matching ears I had. It was a long day but we all had a great time.
