Pet Ducky

Yes Mikaela has a pet duck.  This is her with him on a leash.  She loves this duck.  It is suppose to be a decoration but it has now turned into my daughters toy.

Addison's 3 Month Pictures

I took Addison this afternoon to get her 3 month pictures taken.  This was our second attempt because the first one was not working in my favor.  She was still not quite interested in having her picture taken, which is strange because you see how many pictures I take but we were able to capture some wonderful shots. 

Seal Beach Pier

We went down to Main Street Seal Beach today for lunch.  After we walked down and played on the grass area in front of the pier.  It was a beautiful afternoon.

Maybe a Tooth

We are thinking that this is a start to a tooth.  She is droooling more than normal but not fussy.  Gosh could she really be getting a tooth already.

Addison's 1st Dance Competition

She spend the day with me at our first dance competition of the season.  She did very well and thought all the SFS dancers did a WONDERFUL job.  Way to go SFS Dance Center.

Camping in the Desert

We took off for the weekend to go camping in California City.  We drove separate cars because I needed to leave early for the dance competition on Sunday.  The weather was not suppose to be the best for camping but we didn't let that stop us.  And to be honest with you our weather was fine, little rain, COLD, but just fine.  We camped with the Clarks, Johnstons, and Swansons.  There were a total of 10 kids (8 girls and 2 boys).  Mikaela loved hanging out with Megan and running her all around our little circle of campers.  It was lots of fun but next time I will know to pack warmer stuff, like our snow jackets.  Oh yes and Matt said it did snow a little bit on Saturday night.  That was the night I drove home, and that was most certainly an experience.

Little Play Date

We had our new little friend Rebecca and her mommy, Sara, come over on Wednesday for a little playtime.  Actually I think it was more a little mommy talk time.  Rebecca is 6 weeks younger than Addison but she is almost as long as her.  Even Mikaela enjoyed playing around with both girls.

Valentine's Day 2011

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

Mikaela woke up this morning and was so excited about the chocolate path.  She told me "mommy there is chocolate on the floor"  She then of course had to have one.  :)

Later that night Matt and her brought me a card, a bag of M&M's, and a Vanilla Bean Starbucks drink to work.  I love my girls and my hubby, they are the best Valentine's a girl could wish for.  And it is even better when your 3 year old, oh wait, your 3 1/2 year old tell you that "you and daddy are my Valentine's, oh yeah and Addison"
