Flying Home

Today we left Georgia to come back to Home Sweet Home (lets not forget to mention, warm) California. Our flight was LONG. First we started the morning with a little coffee for mommy and water for me. Once we boarded the plane everything was set they started showing the safety video I feel asleep then MORE people boarded the plane. They then had to show the safety video AGAIN. We finally pulled out to take off and that is when I woke up after only taking a 30 minute nap. We spent and hour on the run way waiting to take off. Once in the air I got to watch an episode of Sesame Street and took another nap. Mommy and Daddy said I did very well for having such a long trip home.

Waking up from my nap and we are still on the ground

Papa Lee's Family

Today Papa Lee's family got together for some more yummy food and good company. I got to meet more Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. I especially had fun with Cousin Cindy and Hayden. Cindy took me outside and walked me all around the yard. Hayden and I played with bubbles. We had a great time.

Penquin Dress Up

I played dress up today. I dressed up a a Penguin. Walker let me barrow the outfit for the day. Mommy said I could do the dance "The Penguin Cha Cha"

Last Night in Georgia

Tonight mommy and daddy had the craving for The Varsity for our last dinner in Georgia. We jumped in the car and drove about 16 miles just to eat at The VARSITY and to hear the people behind the counter say "What'll ya have"? I had 2 Naked Dogs and mommy shared her fried peach pie with me. YUMMY! Once we got home mommy made sure our bags were packed because we had to wake up early to head to the airport. I had so much fun in Georgia with Nonna and Papa.

Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving is a day to be thankful for all sorts of wonderful things. I am especially thankful for my Mommy and Daddy. I woke up this morning and I thought it was appropriate to take a picture in my Thanksgiving PJ's with the Turkey. Then I watched the Macy's Day parade with Momma and Dadda. Once I woke from my nap the house was full of family for our Thanksgiving Feast. All the food was yummy, I especially liked the cream corn and corn bread dressing. Once everyone left we headed up to the Dilbeck house to see my Georgia boyfriend Walker and his momma and dadda. We played ball and the grown ups tried to get a picture of us, but we were just not cooperating. It was so pretty at Honey's house with all the leaves on the ground.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Giving the turkey a hug and kiss
Watching Elmo on the Macy's Parade, it was my favorite part along with the Rockettes.

I loved all the food.

Getting Ready for Thanksgiving

After having lunch at yet another BBQ resturant with Nonna's cousin and family I got to go to the Post Office with her today to get the mail. Nonna and Papa have a PO Box, this is new to me. We did lots of preparing for Turkey Day today as well. We went to the grocery store for some last minute items, made apple pies (Daddy's doing), and cleaned up the house a little. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Today's Happenings

Just another Fall day in good old Georgia, yes that means cold. Today we hung around the house and Nonna took me on a ride on the lawn mower. Mommy and Daddy got me bundled up for the ride. I really enjoyed riding around the back yard on Nonna's lap. Once we were done, Papa was showing me how to save money and where I need to keep it, in a Coke piggy bank. I also got to help Nonna make Watergate Salad for Thanksgiving.

In my Fall gear.

Waving to Papa watching us from the screen porchPlaying in the leaves, it is so pretty back here Mr Turkey, Nonna has even taught me how to say Gobble, Gobble, Gobble.
