It was a beautiful morning to be camping on the beach. Mikaela ended up getting some dirt or something in her eye and kept scratching at it. We tried numerous times to wash it out with some eye wash but could not do it. Matt ended up taking her to the emergency room. His story was she did alright with the drops to numb her eye then they put some dye in it and she was not allowing them to really look inside. Matt was able to calm her down, and let the doctor look inside but the dye had gone away and he really could not see much. They sent her home with a prescription of eye drops. Between the cryings, eye wash, drops, and dye she must have gotten whatever was in her eye out. We enjoyed the rest of the afternoon playing.
